The offer and sale of products on the website www.baylux.store  are governed by the following General Conditions of Sale.

PRICES

All sales prices, and the essential characteristics of the products, are indicated on the website www.baylux.store.
Unless otherwise indicated, prices are in Euros, inclusive of VAT (when applicable) and exclude shipping costs. Shipping and delivery costs in Italy are visible during the order process.
The information displayed on this site about pricing is subject to change by us without notice, but the prices displayed on the site at the time of any order will be the prices applied to your order.


SHIPMENT

The shipment of the products ordered on www.bayluxi.store  takes place by express courier.
The customer will be promptly informed  of the shipment of the order  by email with the tracking code of the package.
This functionality (tracking) is not managed by Baylux,  che for this reason_cc3b-136bad5cf58d_therefore_badc3b-5effective availability , usability and correctness of the service itself.


RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Baylux recognizes  the right of withdrawal within 14  working days from the date of receipt of the goods.
If there are proven defects of production, the customer can exercise the right of withdrawal on all the goods purchased on the website www.baylux.store  according to the following rules:

The goods must be returned intact in all its parts and with the original packaging not tampered with. In case of return of damaged goods, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised by the customer.
Baylux reserves the right to refuse unauthorized or non-compliant returns.
After verifying the integrity of the returned product, www.baylux.store will refund the customer the full amount initially paid, excluding the expenses of spegno,  entro 14 days from the date of return shipment of the goods.

In case of non-execution of the order by Baylux, due to the unavailability, even temporary, of the requested good or service, the same company, within 30 days, will inform the consumer  which may request reimbursement of any sums paid.
